Ryse: Son of Rome is a third person action-adventure game developed by Crytek and published by Microsoft Studios as an Xbox One exclusive launch title. The game was released on November 22, 2013 the game costs $59.99. There have been other ratings on this game from 6/10 – 10/10.

The fun factor for this game is that players can play the game and see what it would have been like in the Roman days and get a sense of what they had to go through. The player can also use different abilities and combinations on the attack enemies. The only problem with this game is that it is very repetitive this is because the makers of the game only made six different A.I characters I this game which means that you are killing the same six enemies over and over again, this makes the game boring. Overall the fun factor of this game is okay but could be improved.

The graphics on this game are sensational, the detail on the main character are amazing and also the detail on the buildings. The graphics are made to this good because it was released on the new gen console (Xbox One). There are not very many games that have as good graphics as this game. The game uses realist graphics for its graphical styles, there is not much to change or improve with the graphics on this game.

The sounds in the game are also amazing, there is sound effects from the slashes from the sword when hitting an enemy. There is also the sound effect from the A.Is when they shout and hit you. There I some lag between the characters moving their mouth and them speaking, so it is not in sink. Overall the sounds are not that bad but could do with some improvements.

The replay ability for this game is that there is multiplayer which allows players to play with friends, against friends and other players. The player can also unlock achievement to go towards the Gamerscore. The only problem with this game is that it is very repetitive this is because the makers of the game only made six different A.I characters I this game which means that you are killing the same six enemies over and over again, this makes the game boring. Apart for this the replay ability is okay but could do with some improvements, they have not announced there will be a DLC pack but if there is this would improve the replay ability.  

Overall the game is enjoyable to play and it is nice to see some really good graphics. The PROS in this game are that it is fun to play when killing the enemies and using different abilities to do this. There is also the graphics and how good they are on the new gen console (Xbox One). The CONS on this game are that it can get very boring when killing the same enemies over and over again. There is also the lag between the mouths of the characters and their voices.
